On this Natural Nepal Tour a range of activities will enable you to experience the many aspects of this diverse land. You’ll see beautifully preserved palaces and temples in Bhaktapur, have glimpses of traditional Nepali life and timeless mountain views in Nagarkot and Pokhara, and visit the holiest of temples in Pashupatinath and Boudhanath. Breakfast is included daily.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu–Nagarkot
On arrival in Kathmandu you’ll be met at the airport and head out on a 1 hour 30 minute drive to Nagarkot. You’ll marvel at the spectacular views of the whole Langtang range from Nagarkot, as well as the sunrise over the mountains.

Overnight at a resort in Nagarkot.

Day 2: Bhakatpur and Changu Narayan 
After a morning of sightseeing, you’ll board a domestic flight to Pokhara. The rest of your day is free to explore Pokhara on your own.

Pokhara features numerous tourist attractions in the town itself. Most interesting is the area bordering Fewa Lake, which is called Baidam. The old center of Pokhara is in the north of the city where there are many old shops and warehouses in the Newari style.

Day 3: Pokhara and Kathmandu
You’ll enjoy a full morning of sightseeing in Pokhara. After lunch you’ll board a domestic flight to Kathmandu, and then have a half-day of sightseeing that includes Pashupatinath and Boudhanath.

The ancient Buddhist stupa of Boudhanath, one of the largest in the world, dominates the skyline of Kathmandu. The large influx of Tibetan refugees has seen the construction of over 50 Tibetan monasteries around Boudhanath. The area was declared a world heritage site by UNESCO in 1979.

Pashupatinath temple is the holiest site in Nepal.

Day 4: Kathmandu (Swayambhu and Patan)
After breakfast you’ll enjoy a sightseeing tour of Swoyambhu and Patan. The monument zone of Patan Durbar Square is one of the 7 monument zones in Kathmandu Valley declared a combined world heritage site by UNESCO.

Transfer to the airport for departure.
